It seems Instinct has been updating their support and documentation efforts with their “Documentation Project.”

Will, just checked out DocLanding… good stuff! Clients can preview photoshop docs without having to install photoshop! That means, if Im working on a web design (or a small enough file that the upload time is quick), I can have a client on the phone, waiting to refresh… basically watching me work. This would save SO much time. No more back and forth emails, phone calls and edited versions! (how annoying). I also like the annotation tools and tracking ability. thanks for the addition!

I will have to check out File Qube. Another online storage tool that you might like is DocLanding. It is great for work between the office and home, it is geared towards small businesses and entrepreneurs. Beyond the tools listed above DocLanding also offers versioning, document annotation, controlled (timed) sharing and it is compliant (HIPPA, SEC, and more). It is nice if you need to share sensitive documents without paying for a courier.

I’ve been watching the sitepoint auctions for startups and templates. It’s been dragging since end of October. I asked a few people on SiteRev5 what was going on, most agreed it was a fluctuation in the marketplace. Im still watching the activity with hope, but I haven’t seen much in at least a month.

I was kickin butt with what you taught me. I even switched to designing templates because they were faster to produce, and sold just as quickly for similar BINs.

Then buyers just kinda stopped buying. No only was my stuff not selling, but no one elses was. So I started watching the startup section. Kate Anderson’s ebook product auctions were killin it, but she’s even slowed down a little. For added drama, someone even outright stole her entire format, and sales page word for word. Crazy.

I haven’t been watching the Established Auctions where the big boys play. I still have a lot to learn to compete in that arena, but I’m glad the opportunity is there. I guess its time to amp it up huh.

Website Flipping is still on it’s upswing. Sitepoint.com is seeing $1,000,000 per month changing hands in their marketplace. The economy is shoving more and more people into alternative methods of income - Website flipping is in it’s BOOM days.

Also, SiteFlipAcademy is not dead - It’s information is still accurate to todays flipping environment. Just because I sold the site doesn’t mean it’s dead…
